“Half healer, half business woman—all in for changing the world.”

You are looking at a former wannabe Republican lobbyist (I know… shocking), a path in which I found myself surrounded by dark spirits and corrupt agendas.

I knew that I needed a shift (I talk about this in more detail through my membership and mentorship.) Once I embarked on a personal healing journey, I found myself transformed and committed to paving a new path — one that would allow me to make meaningful change in the world. I didn’t know it at the time, but this journey would eventually lead me towards finding and using spiritual practices for profound personal healing.

So I left D.C and the gritty world of politics for NYC, to pursue work at a global impact start-up. Years later, as I was moving closer and closer towards “having it all”, I still found myself disconnected from… well, myself.  It was during this time — pizza in one hand, champagne in the other — that I stumbled into the world of healing.

I was 30-years-old and had a little experience in this community, but I regularly practiced yoga. Through it I met healers and mentors who helped me deepen my passion for healing. Yoga led me towards meditation, meditation towards alternative medicine, and eventually I found myself exploring powerful modalities such as Reiki and Breathwork. The wisdom and skills I gained through these experiences pushed me to practice healing, and I soon began the journey towards becoming my own best healer.

2019 was the year that I felt compelled to fully step into my power and pursue my purpose. I knew it was time for me to create the change I wanted to see in the world.

My work is a culmination of all of my experiences, taking the knowledge of these past worlds--the fundamentals of business, the savviness of tech--and marrying them with my vision of the future.

Now I’m committed to empowering the disadvantaged, fighting racism, toppling the patriarchy, and generally leaving things better than I found them.
